LUG OpenVPN server、国外服务器上的 OpenVPN server 都对 UDP 发送缓冲大小、接收缓冲大小、发送队列长度做了调整：

txqueuelen 1000 ;default 100

实测 LUG VPN 到国外服务器的连接、外地客户端到 LUG VPN 的连接吞吐量（下载速度）都有明显改善。
